I talked to Craig about the issues and what the Apple Store Genius said, and he took it to the back to look at [it] internally and came back and said it was a complete other issue with an internal cable, not the hard drive. He fixed it within ten minutes and had it back up and running, with all my data intact! He saved files, time and money and was super knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I understood the issues and what had to be done with the computer. I appreciated the service a lot and while I hope I don't have to return anytime soon with a tech issue, I know that I'm in good hands here if I do!"
